Don’t know any websites. All i can say is call some local companies…I know, that’s obvious. You’re looking to avoid doing that, but I don’t know of any such sites.
For what it’s worth, I paid (last winter) 1.45/gallon, and this year it jumped to 1.76/gallon. Best of luck to you.
