Gas Prices?

danny14551 asked:

Is anyone actually changing their driving habits based on the gas prices. I can say I am not, and I do not know anyone who is, but I keep hearing people complain about it and say how much they are hurting over it. Gas in my area is now 4.25 a gallon and that is a lot BUT the same people complaining about the gas prices are holding a $5 cup of coffee. Just wondering if people actually are changing their life style?

    Gas prices are normal.

People just like to complain a whole lot.

At least we’re not back to gas rationing, like we have done before. Go look that up, and ask if what we have now is really that bad.

I have not changed much, but have tried to cut down on trips and combine errands when possible.

Bear in mind that I’ve been commuting to work by bicycle for the past 25 years, so don’t drive that much in the first place.

I would venture to guess that the people complaining about gas prices are the same people passing me going 80 mph on the highway in an oversized SUV.
