If you are going to actually use the Bible to argue ANY aspect of its contents then you should follow word for word EVERY aspect of it. Until you do that, until you can stand up and say this is the book I choose to follow and live my life by to the T, your a hypricate and thus void any and all uses of the Bible to judge! Because if you do follow the Bible then you should know that it is not for you to judge it is for you to love.
The Bible has been used over many years to segregate, you are either with us or against us. The Bible is used to create holy wars, pen us against Muslims, Hindus, etc. and this the book your worship? People pick an choose from the Bible what they want to follow you can use the Bible to argue any side of any story because it a book of contradictions!
I’m just wondering why we are using the Bible to debate this topic? Have we not learned the truth about the Bible? like it was written and interpreted by man and translated over many years (p.s. let just remember the Mormons holy grail and how that went). Have we not learned from other justifications made from the Bible, like Black people being slaved, Women can’t vote, Black people aren’t equal to White people, anything Muslim!

we arent wanting to change any1’s beliefs or even ask them to atend our weddings. we just want to be equal.
dp is the same thing as being put on the back of the marrage bus. the saintity of marrage has been changed many times throughout history. black and white people used to not be able to get married because it was “destroying the saintity of marrage” and now no 1 cares what color you are and get married.
I think it’s in Leviticus. It doesn’t say being *** is wrong, but that a man “lying with a man as he would a woman’ is an ‘abomination’. A few verses after it says eating shellfish is wrong.

Very true. But this means that any argument using the word “homosexual” in the bible is null and void. If the word did not exist when the book was written, it means that it has been added to the book since then.

Notice what that doesn’t say. It doesn’t say anything about how many ribs Adam had before or after this “surgery,” and especially it says nothing, whatsoever, about how many ribs Eve had! Nowhere does it say that Eve had more ribs than Adam.
