FOR THE US There is a simple solution. Rebate income tax FIRST in an amount EQUAL to RAISING the Federal gas tax then let the individual make his choices. We should SHIFT NOT RAISE taxes!
Imagine $1000 rebate then $1.00/gal extra (we use about 1000 gallons/yr/family).
Trucker or pilot – no problem as we don’t touch diesel or jet fuel and there will be more available. Drive a Hummer or delivery pizza to suburban couch potatoes – you are the problem.

hydrogen is the way to go. yes it is only a form of energy storage, not a source, but it can be produced by a variety of renewable sources. geothermal has incredible possibilities. as far as the water vapor, a simple air cooled condenser chamber and recycle it back to hydrogen. great video.
So if hydrogen is a good alternative, and water is the only real by-product of combustion, then where does all this water vapor go? Hmmm…global warming because of fossil fuel burning equals higher rates of depleted carbon emissions in the atomosphere. Well why don’t we just give it a little help and just produce the water vapor as well. The current alternatives simply don’t make sense. Mabe this fisson thing i learned in high scool could work after all…7Li + 1H = 2(4He) + 17.3 MeV. clean.
