I live in central California, and gas is down to about 1.60 for regular unleaded! I can’t believe it. Who else is loving these low gas prices? How low (or high) is it where you are from?
oh wow. Don E, that wasn’t quite what I was looking for.
My opinion is its about time…!
The price of crude oil is going down, this won’t last much longer though. Most forecasters are predicting prices to rise a lot in the near future.
I’m in indiana and gas price is about $1.50 for unleaded!!!
I live in Ohio and its about the same price as yours. a little lower though.
I am excited about it because people don’t have to struggle to fill up their tank.
I can’t drive yet but im happy for others
Upstate New York it’s about 2.00 which is pretty amazing considering it was almost 5 bucks in July.
Temporary relief. Eventually it will get quite high and keep going as the world’s oil reserves become depleted.
It’s SWEET ! There’s no telling how long it will last, but my suggestion would be to continue driving less. Remember, it’s all about supply and demand ! reg gas is $1.60 in N Myrtle Beach, SC
Oh, I`ts great
I’m thinking this is an effort to keep the demand from sinking too low for petroleum so that when the prices increase again, we will be just as dependent as ever. The prices may not be raised as much as before. That way it can be said that it’s still an improvement overall. It’s basically a money/power issue. What else could it be?
Back in 1995, $2.50/gallon was considered high in CA. The falling gas prices must be due to a worldwide recession. Its in the $1.80- $2.15 range in the San Francisco bay area.
$2.25 in New York. I can put my bicycle back in the garage.
Everyone loves low cost gas but why it’s going down is another question. I think it’s all connected to a lot of people losing their jobs too and the problems we are having in our banks now. It all ties together.
